Pricing questions
How does billing work? +
You keep a prepaid wallet in Cedis, topped up by Mobile Money from MTN, Telecel or AirtelTigo. Each resource you run has a flat monthly price, charged from the wallet on its monthly anniversary. No plans, no contracts.
Is the first site really free? +
Yes. Your first static site is free for its first month. After that it is billed at the standard per-site rate.
What happens if my wallet runs low? +
At the end of a period without enough balance, we pause your resources but keep your data and files. Top up within two weeks and everything resumes. After the grace period, the resources are removed.
Do you charge for bandwidth? +
No metered bandwidth fees today. You pay for the resources you reserve: a site, an app size, or a database’s storage. We will always tell you before that changes.
Do you offer contracts for larger teams? +
Yes. Enterprise customers are billed by contract, with configurations tailored to you and no automatic suspension for a low balance. Get in touch and we will set it up.
